Although we cannot guarantee the success of every transaction, the following are some tips and guidelines for trading as recommend:

The first highly recommended is to have one phone confirmation or conversation.
Try and have a phone conversation in order to ensure that the contact details they have listed on their jr360 member page are correct, also to have a good relationship with the buyer or seller. If the contact details are incorrect please do report the issue to jr360 Staff.

Ensure that the individual that you are dealing with is an authorized representative of their respective Company. In cyber visual, it is very easy for some to copy other company’s information to make a fraud online, so you must be caution to keep away from being cheated. Especially, Exercise caution when dealing with companies selling products from all sorts of different auto parts or other sectors. Please ask the company to put in writing that they are selling original items and not counterfeits or other 'versions'.

Request some references from their clients worldwide.
Always rely only on widely known and trusted companies for payment & shipping. Please do inquire about their return policy,
and preferably have your transaction and invoice documented on the Company’s Letter.

It is good practice to use Bank Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit for the payment method in your big transaction. If throughout the transaction the supplier seems too focused on your payment details rather than the product, exercise caution.
(NOTE: Please ensure that the beneficiary name for a Bank Wire Transfer matches the 'Company Name' and is NOT a personal account.)

In addition to jr360.net, you need to get more authorized government support and information confirmation, try and contact the commercial services usually located in the Consulate or Embassy of the country that you want to import from. Their job is to help verify buyers from their country. For example, if you want to import from China, you should contact the commercial services of China and so forth. Automotive Trade associations, Chamber of Commerce located in the importers' country are also good sourcing resources for your business.
